Your team is using AI. Do you know where and how?
Under the EU AI Act and GDPR, leadership is accountable for how AI enters the workflow. Get a clear, 15-minute audit of your actual risks and usage, with zero disruption.

The Risk You Can't See
- Shadow AI is invisible: Unlike a broken system or a missed target, unapproved AI use shows up nowhere until something goes wrong.
- Client data may already be leaving the building: Every customer email, contract or staff record pasted into a free chatbot is personal data processed outside your control. GDPR applies, with fines of up to 4% of annual turnover.
- The rules have caught up: Since February 2025, the EU AI Act requires organisations that use AI to make sure their people understand it. Most teams cannot show that today.
- A policy on paper is no guarantee: Most leaders assume their AI policy is being followed. The scan shows whether it is.
Built for Busy Teams
We know your calendar is packed. Leadership reviews and approves every question in advance, and the team portion takes 15 minutes per person by voice.
- No calendar chaos: No meetings to coordinate, no long forms to fill out, and no disruption to daily work.
- Fast delivery: A traditional IT audit can take months. This gives you clarity in two weeks.
- No lock-in: The scan, report and presentation stand entirely on their own.

What You Will Know
Uncovering the risks is only half the job. The other half is turning what you learn into hours saved.
What is actually happening
Which AI tools your people use, including ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot on personal accounts, for which tasks and how often. Most leaders find tools in daily use that nobody had mentioned.
Where leadership and the team disagree
Leadership answers its own set of questions, so you see the gap between what you think is happening and what your team reports. For most owners, this is the most eye-opening part of the debrief.
Where your compliance risks are
Where customer, staff or commercial data goes into AI tools, where AI output is used without a check, and where you stand on GDPR and the EU AI Act's requirement that people using AI understand it.
Where the time savings are
The tasks that eat your team's week, ranked by how much time AI could realistically save. This is where a compliance check becomes a growth plan: you leave knowing exactly where to give your team hours back each week.
How It Works
Two weeks from kick-off to results.
Week 0 · 1 hour
Kick-off
You review and approve every interview question, and we provide a short briefing message for your team.
Week 1
Listen
Each team member has a natural voice conversation with an AI on their phone, whenever it suits them during the week. No scheduling, in Dutch or English.
Week 2
Advise
You receive a detailed report and an interactive presentation with our team: what is happening, the risks to address first, and the opportunities worth taking.
Phase 2: implementation, policy drafting and training are available afterwards, only if you choose to go further.
How We Handle Your Data
Your team's answers are sensitive. Here is exactly how we look after them.
01
A data processing agreement from day one
Before the scan starts, we sign a data processing agreement with you, based on the NLdigital Data Pro model that most Dutch organisations already know.
02
We collect as little as possible
No names are recorded. The interviewer asks people not to mention clients or personal details. Raw audio is deleted within 30 days of transcription, and you only see results for groups of at least five people.
03
Business-grade tools, named in writing
We use paid business plans of our AI and voice tools that do not train on your data, with EU data storage where available. Every supplier that handles your data is listed in the agreement.
04
Ready for your works council
If your organisation has a works council (ondernemingsraad), we help you brief them before the scan, and we draft the message that introduces the survey to your team.
05
Consent and control
Every interview opens by explaining how answers are used and asks for consent. You can ask us to delete all scan data at any time.

What the Survey Covers
Knowledge
what people understand about AI, and its limits.
Use
which tools, for which tasks, and how often.
Risk
what data goes in, and what comes out unchecked.
Gaps
where people lose time, and where they are stuck.
Leadership answers an extra set of questions on strategy and policy, so you can see exactly where your view and your team's experience differ.
Who It Is For
Owners, directors and leadership teams of medium-sized organisations in the Netherlands. It works whether your team uses AI every day or not at all, and whether you are an enthusiast or a sceptic.
FAQ
Who does the interview?
An AI voice interviewer. People talk to it on their phone in their own words, in Dutch or English, as they would to a colleague. Leadership approves every question beforehand.
How much time does it take our team?
About 15 minutes per person, at a time that suits them during one week.
What if we hardly use AI?
Then the survey shows you where it would help most, and whether people are already using it without saying so.
Is it anonymous?
Yes. You see results for groups of at least five people, never individual answers.
Is our data safe?
Yes. We sign a data processing agreement before we start, keep as little data as possible, delete raw audio within 30 days, and only use business-grade tools that do not train on your data. See How We Handle Your Data above.
Which language is the interview in?
Dutch or English. Each person chooses.
Hear it for yourself
